- Conduct quality checks on products and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures, food safety standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Support audits, certifications, and compliance programs (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Investigate product complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any related science course.
- With or without QA experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and with good communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime if needed.
