1. Ensure the products running per assigned machine meets and are within the documented standard specifications.

2. Provides appropriate disposition to all lots produced under his/her responsibility.

3. Ensure compliance of Production to standards and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates with Outgoing/Incoming Line Inspector on problems encountered per assigned per assigned product/machine.
2. Checks reference samples and guides, and standard specifications if complete..
3. Ensures QA tools and equipment are calibrated, clean and in good working condition.
4. Timely collection of samples and evaluation per documented standards.
5. Provides coaching to product tenders and production personnel with regards to quality and inspection.
6. Communicates to concerned personnel defective found and ensure proper documentation of the incident. Recommends machine stoppage if necessary.
7. Conducts roving inspection of the on-going production, reworked products and post processing based on the sampling plan.
8. Accomplishes proper identification and tagging of inspected products. Ensure proper segregation per product and per status.
9. Conducts evaluation for all change color or weight and ensures area line clearance is done properly.
10. Prepares "Product Audit Report" for every filled-up quota of a product within his/her shift.
11. Accomplish QA Inspection forms accurately, and prepare reports, control charts, and other related documents.
12. Observes forms and tags use are readable and available.
13. Observes 5S during and after working hours within the working area.
14. Comply with the adopted Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices.

1. Must be graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent course or with experience in the same capacity.
2. At least 1 year experience in the same capacity, preferably from an ISO Certified Manufacturing Firm in the Plastic Injection/Blow Molding Business.
3. Quality Control / Assurance in a Plastic Manufacturing Industry;
4. Has a keen analytical mind, responsible and has a strong decision-making,
5. Competence in all facets of quality assurance and control processes.
6. Can withstand long hours of work.
