Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, methods, and techniques to ensure the quality of products and services.
- Monitor and review quality standards and data by recording quality defects, product reliability, and customer complaints.
- Analyses data, provide insights and recommendations, and evaluate corrective measures or solutions to improve performance or compliance and avoid problems from occurring again.
- Supervise and train quality control staff, ensuring adherence to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Graduate of any Engineering field or its equivalent
- With at least 5 years of work experience in similar function
- Knowledgeable in various quality control procedures and QC tools
- With at least basic knowledge in ISO, HACCP and GMP
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Highly analytical and organized
