Description

  • Responsible for ensuring that deliverables and processes meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve any quality issues and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • They perform regular inspections and tests to identify any deviations from the quality standard. 
  • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any quality issues identified.
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings to management and Project teams.
  • Work with project teams to identify the root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of any deviations from quality standard
  • Responsible for continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality control procedures and identifying areas for improvement and recommend to implement the process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in site construction, technical documentations and project management
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in reporting and problem-solving.
  • Efficient coordination skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal BCDC all technical information/ discussion
