Job Responsibilities

1.   Conducts line inspection during production runs and collects QC retention and stability samples as required.

2.   Inspects assigned materials and finished goods; recommends subject disposition based on set quality standards.

3.   Documents inspection results for finished products and maintains accurate inspection records.

4.   Performs monthly finished goods audits and prepares related reports and QC control tags.

5.   Implements and monitors compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP) in the Production Line and FG Warehouse in accordance with the FDA regulations.

6.   Ensures compliance of finished and outgoing goods with QC standards prior to warehouse transfer and dispatch to customers.

7.   Reports all quality-related non-conformities to the QA Officer.

8.   Investigates product quality issues and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
