We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. Utilizing both manual and automated testing tools (including PeopleTools Test Framework), you will design test plans, execute robust testing cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Design & Execution

• Review functional/technical requirements to design detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Design, develop, and execute reusable automated test cases using PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF).
• Perform comprehensive System, Regression, Performance, System Interface, and Security testing.
• Investigate, analyze, and document test failures; track and report defects through to resolution.
• Monitor changes in requirements, analyze impact, and swiftly update test documentation and scripts.
• Identify, create, and secure necessary test data for various testing cycles.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure 100% test coverage for full system integration.

2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and presentations.
• Update test sections within functional and technical design specifications.

3. Other QA Assignments

• Support the QA team and perform other related duties as assigned by the QA Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent combined education and experience).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional software testing experience, with a strong preference for ERP environments.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1+ and PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF) 8.54+.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Testing Methodologies.
• Proven exposure to Black Box testing (both Manual and Automated).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
