About the Role

We're looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality initiatives and lead a high-performing QA team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, enjoys mentoring team members, and has strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members.
• Review test plans, test cases, and execution results to ensure quality standards.
• Perform hands-on manual testing and oversee automation initiatives.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
• Communicate QA progress, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly.
• Ensure consistent QA processes and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Expertise in Playwright and Cypress (required).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
