Key Responsibilities

• Assist the QA/QC Team in monitoring daily production operations to ensure compliance with company standards
• Implement and enforce cGMP, 5S, HACCP, and Production SOPs across manufacturing processes 
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and documentation of production and sanitation practices 
• Report non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) 
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance are consistently met 
• Coordinate with Production and other departments on quality-related concerns

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related course in the food industry 
• At least 1 year of work experience in a food manufacturing environment 
• Registered Food Technologist is an advantage (preferred but not required)
