QA Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation.

• Document statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Ensure timely facilitation of Customer Complaints, conduct investigation to address properly the customer complaints regarding quality.
• Provide in-process verification of the products as per specification compliance and quality workmanship.
• Ensure that the inspection process includes procedures for verifying that specifications, product information and revisions are communicated to the respective inspectors.
• Performs implementation of written procedures to ensure that major operations requiring inspections are identified checked and approved prior release to customer.

• Graduate of any Engineering courses or Food Technology preferred
• Graduate of other courses with relative experience in the same field are encouraged to apply
• At least 1 year experience in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in ISO Documentation, cGMP and HACCP
• Knowledge in FSSC Requirement a definite advantage
• BOSH or First Aid Training a definite advantage
• Orientation: Detailed, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and customer service oriented
• Good organizational, planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Solid judgement along with decision making skills
• Willing to Work Monday - Saturday at Ugong Valenzuela City
