We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC to oversee the quality standards of our powder coating operations.

Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:

-Inspect incoming materials before coating to ensure quality standards are met

-Monitor surface preparation processes (cleaning, blasting, masking)

-Perform in-process and final inspection of powder-coated products

-Check coating thickness using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., thickness gauge)

-Conduct adhesion, curing, and finish quality tests

-Identify defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, orange peel, or contamination

-Document inspection results and maintain quality records

-Ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications

-Coordinate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

-Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for coating quality

-Ensure proper handling and storage of coated products to prevent damage

Other task:

• Inspections: Perform inspections on finished goods.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed QC logs

Qualifications:

-College level or equivalent (With technical training is an advantage)

-Experience in quality assurance or powder coating inspection preferred

-Knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards

-Familiarity with inspection tools and testing methods

-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
