QA Lab Analyst

Job Description
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct physico-chemical analysis (e.g., pH, moisture, viscosity, fat content) and microbiological testing (e.g., pathogens, aerobic plate count).
- Sampling and Inspection: Collect samples from production lines and monitor raw material quality to ensure standards are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, balances) to ensure accuracy.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record data precisely, update lab reports, and manage data entry in electronic systems or logs.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Support HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting results, including managing non-conforming product reports.
- Inventory Management: Monitor lab supplies and reagent stocks.
