The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that sales and operations teams strictly follow company processes, protocols, and quality standards. This role combines performance auditing, data analysis for process improvement, and regular on-site compliance checks to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Auditing & Quality Standard Enforcement

• Audit sales bookings and operational workflows for protocol compliance.
• Evaluate team performance against established quality benchmarks and KPIs.
• Identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching reports to team supervisors.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and trends.
• Recommend data-driven process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to update and refine existing SOPs.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented process changes over time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a QA role within sales or operations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying process gaps and cleanliness issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to Travel: This role will require you to travel across Manila and Regional branches for random inspections.
