- College graduate in any Food Science related courses
- Technical proficiency in computers
- Great attention to details
- Knowledgeable to GMP/HACCP/Food Safety
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Time management skills
Responsibilities
- Inspection and Testing: Conducting routine checks, tests, and inspections on products or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Meticulously documenting inspection results, test data, and audit findings in compliance with quality management systems.
- Quality Improvement: Assisting in identifying non-conformance issues and implementing
- Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to improve processes.
- Procedure Maintenance: Maintaining, updating, and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Working with production and engineering teams to identify defects and prevent substandard items from reaching customers
