- Conduct regular, unannounced visits to various store branches
- Assess and document cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance
- Evaluate product presentation, freshness, quality, and stock availability
- Observe and report on customer service delivery and compliance with brand standards
- Provide feedback to store teams and management based on audit results
- Collaborate with operations teams to recommend and follow up on corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights
- Assist in developing standardized processes and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Must have valid driver's license and amenable to drive 4-wheel vehicle
- Prior experience in quality assurance, food service, or retail auditing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication, and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules
- Familiarity with bakery operations or food safety standards is a plus
