Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensures raw materials, packaging, and finished products comply with quality, food safety, and HALAL requirements.

- Conducts in-process inspections and verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and ISO-based systems.

- Performs laboratory testing and evaluate results against regulatory and company standards.

- Maintains complete quality documentation and support PDA, ISO, and customer audit.

- Coordinates with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications

- BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Technician, and any related field.

- At least 1-3 years in Food of Pharmaceutical set-up

- Knowledgeable in Chemical and Food Analysis

- Familiarity with Laboratory Apparatus and their application.

- A good knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, FSSC and ISO

- Has good understanding of quality testing within the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical to include analytical, microbiological and sensory evaluation.

- Must possess a basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis and basic math.

- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and other computer-based applications.

- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.

- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans

- Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), self-starting and can handle difficult reporting situations.
