Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Familiarity with quality control practices and production flow management.

Can work in Calamba, Laguna.

Job Responsibilities:

Support in overseeing daily production operations and workforce management.

Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor line performance and address production issues promptly.

Keep accurate records of output, efficiency, and incidents.

Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth production processes.
