• We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst (Travel Sales Account) to join our team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service excellence. In this role, you will monitor and enhance agent performance, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with clients to maintain operational quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or completion of at least 2 years (4 semesters) of college education.
• 2 - 4 years of overall experience with 1-2 years experience in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call center (sales domain)
• Has an ability to mentor agents and provide constructive feedback on monitored calls.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Specialist, offering expertise in operational processes.
• Participate in client-initiated teleconferences and meetings.
• Take ownership of issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Have strong skills in planning, prioritizing, organizing, and communicating effectively with clients.
