The QA/QC Staff is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements. This role monitors production processes, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with established quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

Implement and monitor food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP)

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Conduct process audits and documentation checks

Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in production

Quality Control (QC)

Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

Conduct product testing and sampling

Identify defects and recommend corrective actions

Ensure products meet specifications before release

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate quality records and reports

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports

Document non-conformance and corrective actions

Coordination

Work closely with Production Team and Supervisors

Support training on quality and food safety standards

Assist during internal and external audits

Qualifications

Graduate of Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field

With or without experience (experience in food manufacturing is an advantage)

Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards

Detail-oriented and analytical

Willing to work in a production environment
