Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing Industry
• Familiar in food safety programs, GMP and HACCP system
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan

Job Description:

• Implements Quality Control System
• Assigned on performing microanalysis test on finished goods, equipment swabs, hand swabs, air and water; may also include other types of samples related to food and food packaging.
• Implements microanalysis plan and environmental monitoring plan.
• Ensures that all materials received conform to the approved standards
• Ensures implementation of GMP
• Check shelf-life monitoring and test of finish goods
• Record, analyze and interpret data
• Monitoring and verification of equipment essential for analysis
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
