- Food Technology/Food Science/Microbiology/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Nutrition/Chemical
- QC Analyst/Officer: Typically 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Engineering

- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Sanitation and hygiene standards
