·   Perform dimensional inspection of parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM,

·   Verify first article inspections and in-process inspections according to engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.

·   Record and report inspection results accurately in inspection reports or digital systems.

·    Identify and document non-conformances and communicate findings to the production and quality teams.

·   Interpret engineering drawings and technical standards.

·    Ensure measuring tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.

·    Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

·    Maintain inspection records in compliance with ISO/AS9100 or customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing / industrial
• Engineering or equivalent.2–5 years of experience in dimensional inspection or quality control in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO 9001, and quality inspection techniques.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (manual and digital).
• Experience with CMM operation is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
