QA/QC Engineer - Grad of BS in IE - 3yrs exp - Sal: 20k - 23k - Valenzuela City

 Bachelor;s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

 At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within an electrical manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment.

 Knowledge of QA/QC tools, inspection methods, and quality documentation.

 Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent attention to detail.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.

 Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.

 Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

 Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

 Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.

 Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.

 Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.

 Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.

 Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
