Responsible for ensuring that all electrical installation and construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, codes, and quality requirements. The role involves supervising inspection activities, preparing documentation, and coordinating with construction, engineering, and client representatives to maintain high-quality workmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor electrical QA/QC activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.
  • Conduct inspections for electrical installations such as cable routing, panel boards, lighting, grounding, and equipment termination.
  • Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans for electrical works.
  • Coordinate with client inspectors, consultants, and subcontractors for quality inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing instruments and equipment used in electrical inspections.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical support and corrective measures where necessary.
  • Monitor installation and testing activities such as insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, and functional checks.
  • Train and guide electricians and site supervisors on quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and environmental requirements are fully integrated into QA/QC activities.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
