QA/QC Engineer

Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for the project.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to identify quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify construction activities.
- Identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures.
- Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in construction projects.
- Knowledge of quality standards, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, testing methods, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
