Responsible for ensuring that all power plant construction, installation, testing, and commissioning works comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Conducts inspections, reviews ITPs and method statements, monitors site activities, issues and closes NCRs, witnesses testing and commissioning, and maintains quality documentation. Coordinates with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance with ISO and applicable international codes.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA/QC for power plants, substations, or energy-related projects.
  • Knowledge of power plant systems (boilers, turbines, generators, transformers, switchgears, piping, structural works).
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and testing requirements.
  • Familiarity with international standards and codes.
  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and extended hours if required.
