- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests on products and processes.
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Utilize quality tools and software for effective tracking.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Control.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong process improvement abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in an office environment with occasional site visits to manufacturing facilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, effective communicator, and team player.
