The QC/QA Engineer is responsible for overseeing and implementing the quality assurance and quality control procedures on construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications. This role involves monitoring construction processes, conducting inspections, reviewing project plans, and ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC/QA Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Proficiency in QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols.
• Experience using quality control and project management software tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify quality issues early.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and external stakeholders.
• Certification in QA/QC or construction quality management (preferred).

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a strong focus on quality and safety.
