Key Responsibilities

·       Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine FDA, DOH, and LGU health regulations.

·       Quality Systems Management: Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards across all stores.

·       Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct regular store audits, supplier inspections, and third-party certifications.

·       Supplier Quality Assurance: Verify raw materials and vendor compliance with food safety standards.

·       Training & Development: Educate store managers and staff on food safety practices and corrective actions.

·       Risk Management: Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

·       Documentation & Reporting: Maintain audit trails, compliance records, and QA dashboards for executive review.

·       Compliance with International Standards: Ensures compliance with applicable international quality and food safety standards by coordinating with Go To Foods representatives.

 

Qualifications

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Nutrition. A Master’s Degree in Food Safety or Quality Management is a plus.

·       Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in food safety or QA, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role in QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing.

·       Certifications: HACCP, ISO/FSSC, SQF, BRCGS, or PCQI certification is an advantage.
