Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team and ensuring that all food products comply with company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements. The QA Supervisor oversees quality inspections, laboratory operations, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.

- Must be a Licensed Food Technologist.

- Preferably with experience from a meat processing company

- At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management/documentation systems.

- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
