- Responsible for overseeing the research, development, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct research works and trial.
- Prepare product costing
- Designing and implementing quality control measures, conducting research to improve current processes, managing product development projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Do other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager
- Experience in Research, Product Development, and Quality Assurance for at least 5 years
- Skills in Quality Control, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards
- Proficiency in Project Management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Graduate of Metallurgical Engineering is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
