Responsibilities
- Conduct investigation on customers feedback regarding material issues and provide corrective actions
- Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions supports company objectives to deliver quality products
- Develops and communicates the objectives and scope of the integrated management system
- Implements ISO Standards
Requirements
- Graduate of any Engineering or business course,
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience related in QA/QC
- With an experience in Supervisory/Managerial role
- Know how to handle people
- Knowledge in QA/QC tools and production
