COMPANY PROFILE: Japanese company that works in the manufacturing sector, concentrating on the manufacture of home products.
Position: Quality Assurance and Quality Control Staff
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 gross
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Dayshift)
Work Set Up: Onsite
- Conduct product and process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare QA reports and maintain detailed records of test results
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedure

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role
- Have work experience in Manufacturing Company
- Knowledge of QA tools, methodologies, and standards
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
