QA Manager

*Job Responsibilities*

- *QMS & Standards Compliance*: Monitor, improve, and enforce plant-wide compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards, including updates to the Quality Manual

- *Audit Leadership*: Organize, head, and monitor the Internal Quality Audit program. Act as the primary representative for external certification bodies and customer qualification audits

- *Operational Authority*: Initiate preventive actions for product/process defects. Hold full authority to discontinue production to resolve active quality issues until adequate controls are verified

- *Executive Collaboration*: Serve as the President's assistant in establishing, implementing, and achieving organizational quality policies and objectives

- *Document & Team Control*: Oversee company-wide control of quality documents including issuance, retrieval, archival, and disposal while supervising the QA manpower

*Qualifications*

- *Education*: Graduate of Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

- *Experience*: At least 5 years of solid experience handling and supervising QA-related functions and manpower strictly within an Electronic Manufacturing firm

- *Leadership Traits*: Strong leadership, aggressive, innovative, highly resilient under pressure, and exceptionally detail-oriented

- *Skills*: Expert-level analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills paired with high computer literacy (MS Office)
