Role: QA LEAD LADY

Setup: Onsite

Salary: Php 20,000 - Php21,000 + OT

Location: Km. 25 National Road Barangay Guyong Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Description

1. Prepares weekly schedule of QA Personnel.

2. Prepares manning table of QA Personnel for payroll.

3. Reviews, evaluates, and analyzes Quality Control reports for accuracy and takes actions to correct quality problems.

4. Coordinates with other department relevant to quality and recommends proper corrective action.

5. Inspects all incoming raw materials and validates out-going Products.

6. Supervises and monitors QC Inspectors performance.

7. Attends and evaluates sub-con employees in monthly evaluation meeting.

8. Discusses Job Description to new employees.

9. Documents/ provides investigation report or Customer Complaints or Product deficiencies encountered.

10. Assigns immediate subordinates a specific designated area of inspection on a basis of weekly schedule activity which is to be reviewed and approved by QA head.

11. Performs assigned tasks from time to time.

12. Provides factual data during investigation.

13. Conducts, assist, validates Audit results and corrective actions set by concern departments.

14. Facilitates compliance Audits.

15. Documents results generated from Audit.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 4–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing management.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in test management tools and methodologies.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in test automation and performance testing.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

All Plant personnel is with additional Overtime: Overall duty is 12 hours. 8 hours basic + 4 hours OT / Monday to Saturday
