• Supervise a team of QA Analysts with 5 or more members
• Test Documents creation - Test Plans, Test Strategy, and designing complex test scenarios and cases
• Test Management - making sure test documents are always up-to-date
• Test Execution of complex scenarios.
• Defect Management - documentation of all issues encountered making sure the details are complete; monitored, updated, and tracked in JIRA / any other tool
• Work closely with the PM, BA, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on the project goals and delivery.
• Help drive and monitor the processes in place and have an eye for continuous improvement and opportunity for automation on the current initiatives to increase team efficiency and overall quality.

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• Experience in Insurance or BFSI industry is required.
• 8+ years of experience in the overall SDLC with focus on QA with involvement on complex testing processes.
• Experience in QA Test Automation using Selenium or Cucumber is preferred.
