Job Description:

• Coordinate and oversee testing activities across projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, conversion, performance, and post-production across lines of business.
• Execute manual and automated testing to ensure product reliability and performance, covering System Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and other testing activities.
• Contribute to the identification and assessment of application risks and exposures, using risk assessments as key inputs for all testing activities.
• Participate in design reviews of application and system designs.
• Ensure the proper setup and availability of test environments to support testing activities. Design and create detailed test case documentation, including test situations, data setup, execution steps, and expected results.
• Collect, analyze, and report on test data to inform decision-making and quality monitoring. Log, track, and manage defects and issues through to resolution using appropriate tools (e.g., Application Lifecycle Management, Test Incident Reports)
• Manage defect tracking, test reports, and QA documentation to support quality monitoring and audit readiness.
• Provide user acceptance testing support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage issue escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Knowledge of coding/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for automation.
• Experience in the implementation of QA methodologies, handling tools, and usage of automation frameworks.
• Good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to do multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
