Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in Playwright automation testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software products through both automation and manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.

• Perform both automation testing (with Playwright) and manual testing to identify defects and ensure high product quality.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide actionable feedback.

• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure product stability and user satisfaction.

• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and overall software quality.

• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and QA best practices to continuously improve processes.

• Take on additional QA-related tasks as assigned by management to support team and product goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright.

• Familiarity with test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

• Strong background with typscript.

• Proficient in using defect tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

• Willingness to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig

• Passion for delivering high-quality software and continuously improving testing strategies.
