Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance evidence for Healthsuite CMS, Yakap, eClaims, and his/her Improvement Phase 3.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, data, and workflow testing based on agreed priorities.
• Perform troubleshooting and remediation support by reproducing defects, isolating likely causes, and validating fixes.
• Support UAT readiness, release checks, defect triage, and quality reporting.
• Develop or maintain practical automated tests where automation provides clear value within the six-month engagement.
• · Coordinate with mWell product, technology, business, and vendor resources on issue clarification and acceptance evidence. 

Job Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA, test engineering, quality engineering, or QA automation for web and API systems. 
• Strong manual, functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and UAT test execution capability. 
• Experience with API testing tools, SQL/PostgreSQL validation, browser testing, test evidence capture, and defect lifecycle management. 
• Automation experience using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Ability to test workflows involving production-like data carefully and comply with data privacy and access-control rules. 
• Healthcare, claims, EMR/HIS, payment, or regulated workflow testing experience is preferred.
