We are seeking a talented Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our growing team at N-Compass TV Rep.

This is an office job, daytime hours, not a gig or a project but a full-time job. 

The office is near Ayala Center Cebu.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Automate tests using Selenium with Python to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Perform API testing to ensure reliable integrations.
• Track and report bugs using tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• Contribute to performance and security testing to ensure scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high-quality releases.

• 2+ years of experience in QA, with strong skills in both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Python for test automation.
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, or XRay for test management.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
