We are currently looking to add a Software Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst to our development team. We're seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in developing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and collaborating with developers to interpret functional requirements and address defects found during testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automated scripts for features, defects, and regression testing
• Create test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Ensure technologies perform according to specifications
• Learn requirements and validate acceptance criteria
• Conduct root cause analysis
• Identify, analyze, and document defects and their impacts

• Experience with Jira
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work well in a team, multitask, and handle project environments with multiple critical deadlines and peak periods
• Knowledge of SQL database tools for researching, testing, and resolving system issues is a plus
• Experience with REST API is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

This is a full-time office job with daytime hours located near Ayala Center Cebu.
