The Purchasing Staff is responsible for conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased and helps in achieving the margin objective by providing correct product pre-costing.

• Requests price quotes and conducts price comparisons and pre-costings.
• Ensures timely placement of purchase orders (PO).
• Organizes shipment bookings with the suppliers and carriers.
• Coordinates with the broker and ensures that all necessary shipping docs in clearing the cargoes are being forwarded on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy/accounting, finance, food supply chain management or related field.
• Preferably with one (1) year relevant experience on handling and recording payables or cost accounting background.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Open to fresh graduates.
