Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
  • Experience Level: Must have 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supplies, support daily office operations, assist with scheduling and event coordination, prepare regular reports, and maintain files and records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, traditional work hours with possible overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving aptitude.
