Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, PO processing, and delivery coordination.

2. Manage vendor sourcing, accreditation, relationship management, data, and scorecard.

3. Support project-related procurement, including coordination with contractors and end users.

4. Maintain procurement records, monitoring files, reports, and vendor database accuracy.

5. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. Min of 4–5 years relevant procurement experience
2. Preferably with background in construction, fit-out, engineering, or project procurement
3. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
4. Ability to manage multiple requests and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
7. Other tasks assigned by the HOD
8. Fully work onsite, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
