- Process purchase requests from project sites and internal departments.
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of procurement transactions.
- Conduct price comparison and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure purchases are within the approved budget and project cost estimates
- Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse personnel, and accounting regarding procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with accredited suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.
- Assist in resolving issues related to material shortages, delivery delays, or supplier concerns.
