Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Officer to manage the company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams.
• Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Track orders and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchasing systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
