Job Requirements

• Bacheclor’s degree in Business Administration
• Proven experience in procurements and purchasing roles (at least 1-2 years experience is required)
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors to secure best prices and terms.
• Procurement Operations: Issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving invoice or delivery issues.
• Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Data Analysis: Preparing reports on purchasing trends, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
