Office Staff (Purchasing)

*Job Responsibilities*

- *Supplier Sourcing*: Inquire with existing and new vendors to secure company requirements

- *Canvassing & Negotiation*: Request, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines

- *Order Tracking*: Coordinate directly with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of items

- *Document Review*: Audit purchase documents, invoices, and delivery receipts for complete accuracy

- *Financial Coordination*: Align closely with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding payment terms and withholding taxes

- *Data Management*: Encode transactions and maintain meticulous records using SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel

- *Admin Support*: Prepare systematic reports, organize files, and handle assigned administrative duties

*Qualifications*

- *Education*: Graduate of any Bachelor's degree. Business, Accounting, and Engineering courses are highly preferred

- *Experience*: Experience in purchasing, office administration, or data entry is preferred

- *Software Skills*: SAP Business One experience is highly preferred. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

- *Core Traits*: Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, honest, and dependable

- *Skills*: Excellent communication, strong negotiation tactics, and resourcefulness
