PURCHASER – Kowloon Station by Lucky Dumpling

Kowloon Station is looking for a reliable and highly organized Purchaser to join our growing restaurant team.

This role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

- Source suppliers and request quotations

- Purchase food, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies

- Monitor inventory levels with kitchen and operations teams

- Compare pricing and negotiate with suppliers

- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries

- Coordinate shortages, replacements, and urgent purchases

- Maintain organized supplier and purchasing records

- Assist in monthly inventory counts and food cost monitoring

Qualifications:

- Experience in purchasing, restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality preferred

- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to travel for supplier visits and sourcing when needed

Salary:

₱20,000–₱25,000 depending on experience + Service Charge
