- Manage procurement processes for materials and supplies
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill purchasing needs
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel to suppliers if necessary
