We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Staff who can manage procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of goods and supplies. This role focuses on sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing operations.You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory needs, and ensuring smooth purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Maintain good relationships with vendors
• Track order status and follow up on deliveries
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or incorrect items

Inventory & Documentation

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Prepare reports on purchases, costs, and suppliers
• Ensure proper filing of invoices and receipts

MUST HAVE:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
